About Goddess Dance Studio™

Goddess Dance Studio™ is a franchise established with the needs of women in mind.  The Goddess Dance Program has developed a proven method that combines yoga, exotic dance and pilates to produce the lean and toned look that you want.

Each class uses isometric exercises to sculpt and strengthen every major muscle group in the body. We also use a series of stretching techniques which enhance flexibility and produce long, lean, feminine muscles. Although these classes are not based on aerobic activity, you will definitely attain cardiovascular results.  You can start classes at anytime and you will not feel left out or behind.

Goddess Dance Studio™ has an elite selection of pole fitness classes taught by highly trained pole instructors. Plus, our Pole Fitness Program has been developed for the modern woman who juggles demanding schedules.  Our classes last 50 minutes in length with the average beginner client burning up to 250 calories per class and the average advanced client burning up to 450 calories per class. You can strut up one to two miles per class while dancing your way to a healthier, toner, stronger you!

About Ashley

Goddess Ashley came to us in the winter of 2006.  She instantly became a pole enthusiast and realized how amazing pole is for women not just for fitness, but also for inner confidence and self esteem.

Ashley, a former Marine, decided she needed a fun way to stay fit, so she took up Pole.  She advanced quickly in her classes and became certified in pole fitness.  Ashley heard the calling to help women fight against obesity and depression and decided to join GDS 100%.  Ashley offers private training sessions to women; in addition, she has an impeccable record helping women drop an average of 30 pounds in just 8 weeks.

Ashley is a wife of a Charleston Fire Fighter, mother of a beautiful daughter, twin sister, daughter, aunt, cherished friend, the Team Leader for Goddess Dance Studio™ Summerville and an amazing pole athlete.  

Goddess Dionne

Goddess Dionne came to Goddess Dance Studio™ in the Spring of 2008.  She started as a client out in Summerville and is currently the team leader and head trainer at the Walterboro Chapter.   Dionne gives Walterboro Women an opportunity to loose the pounds without the expensive gym memberships.  Join her and the other Goddess Girls in the Historic Downtown section of Walterboro.

Dionne is a proud mother, loving daughter, sister, cherished friend, avid pole dancer  and a real Goddess.

About Elizabeth

Goddess Elizabeth came to us with enthusiasm and plenty of energy.  She’s been a pole enthusiast for over fifteen years in addition to her other 30 years of dance and gymnastics experience.  Elizabeth has been a pioneer for pole fitness here in the South by opening pole fitness studios and spreading knowledge of pole technique.  Elizabeth is on the Board of Directors for Goddess Dance, Inc. and is a Certified Pole Master Instructor.

 Elizabeth knows that making a commitment to aerial athletics means hard work, courage, strength and of course, all of it's rewards: improved health and confidence.  Her favorite pole trick is the Extended Butterfly and her goal is to spread the love of pole fitness amongst the women of the South.

Elizabeth is a wife, mother, sister, daughter, aunt, friend, an inspiration, leader, published writer, an artist, star gazer and historian. 

Goddess Vanessa

Goddess Vanessa came to Goddess Dance Studio™ in the Summer of 2007.  She became an instant pole addict and with a flare for fun and charm.  

Vanessa is an entrepreneur whom owns her own graphic design company.  She's an artist through and through.  Vanessa has even been recognized in the Charleston Weddings Magazine for her amazing bridal hair pieces.

Vanessa is the daily operations manager.  If you ever need encouragement, praise or simply support, she's got a shoulder!

Vanessa is a proud mother, loving daughter, sister, cherished friend, avid pole dancer,  an artist and a real Goddess.
